• To advertise or promote one’s own or third-party businesses or professional services, or to conduct commercial, advertising, or marketing campaigns,
• To defame, slander, offend, insult, or disparage any user or third party, as well as to post false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent comments or information about them,
• Collect, use, or disclose data—including personal data—about other users without their consent or in a way that infringes on their privacy.

Failure to comply with the terms of use may result in the suspension of the user’s account, the deletion and/or editing of offensive content, and appropriate measures and legal action in accordance with Spanish and European laws.

In order to improve service and minimize problems, NORTEMPO may modify and update the terms of use without prior notice. For this reason, NORTEMPO reserves the right not to publish any content or information posted by users of our blog that it deems to violate the blog’s terms of use.

The USER acknowledges that he or she has understood all the information regarding the blog’s terms of use, acknowledges that such information is sufficient to rule out any error therein, and therefore expressly accepts them in their entirety.
