2. Purpose

These terms and conditions govern the use of the Website as made available to users by the Owner. They are subject to change without prior notice; therefore, users are advised to review them periodically, especially when they intend to make actual use of the products and/or services.

3. Terms of Access and Use

Access to the website is free, and anyone who accesses it is considered a User, who may view the content or even contact the website administrators.

The User must therefore read, understand, and accept these Terms of Use before proceeding to browse and/or use the services, which will constitute the User’s express acceptance of and agreement to these Terms of Use under the terms and conditions set forth below: i) Commitment to the diligent use of resources, in strict compliance with applicable law, with respect for good customs and “netiquette”—that is, the set of general rules of conduct on the Internet; ii) The User shall accept the terms and conditions or rules of participation for a specific service or resource when such terms are required, which will be explicitly requested where applicable; and iii) The User may not use the Website in any manner not permitted by these Terms of Use, specifically for purposes that are unlawful, contrary to morality or public order in any form, or that constitute a crime.

Similarly, if comments or opinions are permitted, the Owner shall not be liable under any circumstances for the opinions expressed by third parties, although it reserves the right to remove or even refrain from publishing those that are offensive or inappropriate or, failing that, when it becomes aware of the content of what has been published.

4. Intellectual and Industrial Property

The Owner holds all rights to the Website, its logos, structure, images, and components of the object code, or has obtained the necessary authorizations from their rightful owner, as well as the programming and engineering of the source code. All of these elements, in addition to the included publications, are protected by Spanish and European intellectual and industrial property laws.

Any reproduction, adaptation, modification, or public communication of all or part of the Website’s content, carried out in any form or by any means—whether mechanical, manual, or otherwise—is prohibited without the express authorization of the Owner.

Any link to the website must point to the “home” or homepage; deep linking or linking to content other than that mentioned is prohibited. Similarly, the use of frames is prohibited.

5. Protection of Personal Data

The Data Controller has implemented all security measures—both technical and organizational—required by data protection regulations, specifically in accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights, as well as European General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679. 6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any dispute arising herefrom shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of the city of A Coruña, waiving any other general or special jurisdiction that may apply, unless the consumer’s place of residence falls within that jurisdiction.

ETHICAL CHANNEL

In accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and combats corruption, Grupo Nortempo and Fundación Nortempo hereby provide the ethics reporting channels for both organizations.

All submissions will be treated with strict confidentiality.
